The Website publishes the European Top 44 Airplay Chart ("Chart"), a weekly ranking of the most played songs on European radio. The Chart is compiled by IT4RADIO using proprietary methodology based on airplay data collected from radio stations and airplay charts across Europe.

- Cite the Chart as a source of information, provided that European Top 44 (eurotop44.com) is clearly credited as the source.
- Display the Chart on your website or digital platform exclusively through the official embeddable widget provided by IT4RADIO, using our original embed code without modification.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, reformat, or republish the Chart data, rankings, or chart summaries in any form other than the official widget provided by IT4RADIO. This includes, but is not limited to, manually transcribing chart positions into your own lists, tables, graphics, social media posts, screenshots or articles that present the data as standalone content.
- Modify, alter, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the Content.
- Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or attribution included in the Content or the widget.
- Use the Content in any manner that implies endorsement by, or affiliation with, IT4RADIO without prior written consent.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Website, except as permitted by the robots.txt file.
The European Top 44 logo, the IT4RADIO logo, and all associated trademarks may only be used with prior written permission from IT4RADIO. Requests should be directed to info@eurotop44.com.
The embeddable widget is provided free of charge for non-commercial and editorial use. IT4RADIO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the widget at any time. You agree not to alter the widget code, interfere with its functionality, or remove any branding or attribution it contains. IT4RADIO may revoke widget access at its sole discretion if these Terms are violated.
Any use of the Chart data, Content, or brand assets beyond what is expressly permitted in these Terms requires a separate commercial agreement with IT4RADIO. The Website and all Content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. IT4RADIO does not warrant that:

The Chart is compiled from third-party data sources using proprietary methodology. While we strive for accuracy, chart positions and airplay data are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Republic of Serbia.
